How long is your personal data retained? 

Your personal data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected.

For example, if you request a call back then we will only keep your information to allow us to make contact with you.  If you are a prospective customer, we will keep your information for 1 year from the last meaningful contact. Should it be clear that no further contact is required then we will delete all personal information held.

When you become our client for accounting services we will keep your data for all the time you are a customer and for 7 years following in order to comply with HMRC audit requirements.

Personal data collected for the purpose of client due diligence will be retained for a minimum of 5 years.
